How much are the shipping costs?
Free shipping for orders over 50 € , flat rate 4.90 € within Germany for orders under 50 €.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 3–8 business days . In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 20 business days .
Where do you deliver?
We ship within Germany and to selected EU countries. You can find details on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Return & Cancellation
How long can I return items?
You have 14 days to cancel your order and return items.
Are personalized products returnable?
No. Personalized products are non -refundable.
Who bears the return costs?
The customer bears the return costs .

Order & Account
How can I check the status of my order?
After shipment, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. If available, it will include tracking information.
Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@zareno.de . If your order hasn't been processed yet, we'll be happy to update your address.
My item arrived damaged – what should I do?
Contact info@zareno.de within 7 days of receipt with a photo and order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Sizes & Care
How do I find the right size?
Use the size chart on the product page. If you're between sizes, we usually recommend the larger size for a more relaxed fit.
How do I properly care for my shirts and hoodies?
Wash inside out at 30°C, use mild detergent, no fabric softener, do not tumble dry. Do not iron directly over the print.
